1. How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Just browse our collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption for your safety.
3. How long does shipping take?
Our estimated delivery time for orders within Australia is 12-20 days. Due to safety measures, some delays may occur, but we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible.
4. How much does shipping cost?
For all orders within Australia, shipping is 4.95 AUD. We aim to provide affordable and reliable shipping options.
5. Can I cancel or modify my order?
We can cancel or modify an order only if it has not been processed yet. If you wish to cancel, you must contact us by 11:59 PM EST on the day of ordering. Unfortunately, orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be changed.
6. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund. However, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
7. What if my item is defective or damaged?
We’ve got you covered! If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at office@australian-home.com within 2 days of receipt with a photo or video of the item. We will send a replacement free of charge.
8. My order is taking longer than expected. What should I do?
If your order has been processing for more than 7 business days or has not arrived within 60 days, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
9. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to check your order status on our tracking page.
10. Do you offer refunds?
Yes! Refunds are issued back to the original payment method within 3-7 business days after processing. If you haven’t received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider.
